LED Uplighting and Event Lighting Prices
Lighting is quoted by room, because the number of lights depends on your venue. As a guide, a small room or tent uses 8 to 12 uplights, a ballroom for 100 to 250 guests uses 16 to 24, and larger venues use 24 to 40. Pin spots, moving heads, gobo projectors and truss are added as needed. Send us photos or a floor plan and we will price it. See lighting rentals.
What Changes the Price
- Size: a bigger wall or floor means more panels and more setup time.
- Venue access: stairs, elevators or a long walk from the truck add labor.
- Timing: very early setups or late night pickups can cost more.
- Location: we are based in Los Angeles. Orange County and farther areas may add travel.
- Indoor or outdoor: outdoor LED walls use brighter 3.9 mm panels.
